I brought intra state goods in Maharashtra for Rs. 2.77 lakh but the supplier or the transporter did not issue the E way bill.
The same goods have already been sold with all proper Eway.
Now what could be my liability as buyer for these non generated Eway bills.
I mean will the penalty of Rs. 10 k be imposed on me or the supplier?
What remedy available to me?
Penalty may be imposed under section 127 of the CGST Act for non compliance of GST Rules.
