WE ARE SERVICE RECEIVER AND MAKE PROVISON LIKE ROYALTY PAYMENT AND SERVICE TAX ON GTA IN MARCH 2012 FOR EXPENSES BOOKING BUT MAKE PAYMENT ON MAY 2012. WHEN WE WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX EITHER PROVISION BASIS OR PAYMENT BASIS. PL. ADVICE AND TELL ANY NOTIFICATION.

For royalty service tax is paid by the service provider. since GTA is under reverse meachnism, you have to pay service tax. For this, point of taxation is the bill date or payment date whichever is earlier.

In case of reverse charge u are liable to make payment of service tax on payment basis but not on provisional basis
