Is there any provision which can hold an employee liable for staturoy unpaid dues? 

like stax tds ? PLease reply asap

if there are unpaid statutory dues due uke servc tx tds, can the employee like accounts manager, ca in emplyment be held liable for it ? is there any such provision under co. law or st act or it act?
