No you cant apply for composition scheme........
as per latest 32nd gst council meeting the service provider can opt for composition scheme from fy 19-20
The threshold for registration for service providers would continue to be Rs 20 lakhs and in case of Special category States Rs 10 lakhs. Effective date of this decision is 1 April 2019.
