example.
xzy company sell products to sez for the month feb 2022.
xyz company till any other LUT made
now xyz Company make lut feb 2022 month ... its correct or not ?

Generally LUT application is submitted at the beginning of financial year

LUT can be applied in any month and preferably before the transaction takes place. That LUT remains valid for a Financial year
