Hello !! I have completed my ITT AND OT on 2012...but ICAI has send me a notice for completing the ITT and OT within 31.12.2014.I am a direct entry student.What should I do now?

Visit regional ICAI branch alongwith OT and ITT completion certificate and one photocopy of each.
