25 September 2018Hi, we are buying some raw material from traders who import it from China..now we want to do repackaging in different sizes and sell in market..
The traders sell it under no brand name and have no issues if I sell it further after repackaging
What documents shall I get first??
Does it amount to manufacturing?

Yes , It is Manufacturing and will attract provisions of manufacturing if applicable pertaining to different different law.
