It can be anything
1. Pvt limited
2. Section 25 company
3. Even listed company
4. Society
5. Trust

I depends on the turnover your expecting from the institute.
Under Scetion 10(23c) we have exemption up 1 crore.
if your expectation is going to cross 1 crore go for trust rather going for section 8 company
