if ex employee/md/ceo files a case against company for unlawful removal and wins the case , will the current head/md /ceo be held resposible and targetted by law? what are the side effects for the current head/md /ceo of the company?

overall responsibilities is on the BOD of the company in any matters releating to co. the co. has remedy to file an appeal. there is no effect like a side effect. it was just like a judicial battel between co. and others... thats it.
