Dear All,

Please Clear my Confusion on Given Issue.

Party Submitted GST Certificate on Which Legal Name on GST Certificate is Rahul Kumar and Trade Name is Radhe Enterprises. Party Submitted Cancelled Cheque Copy of Rahul Kumar. Please Suggest is it Possible to Book Bill with Trade Name Radhe Enterprises and Pay in Account of Rahul Kumar.

Legal name and Trade name may be different in GST but cheque should be given under the registered name in GST under which the business is conducted

Legal Name is PAN Name

Trade Name will be against which the GSTIN have been taken for business.

Yes you can boom bill in the name of Radhe Enterprises and pay in account of Rahul Kumar. Since you do not have any other bank details of the firm, you can pay the amount in the bank account of the proprietor.

You will record the payment made to Radhe Enterprises.
