Legal metrology (packaged commodities) act, 2009

I have a query, regarding the Legal Metrology(Packaged Commoditites) Act, 2009.

The violation is for Section 18(1), where the month and quanity were not dispalyed.

Once the compounding is made under 36(1), what would be the remedy for the goods which have already been dispatched. As, it will not be possible to get all the products back to the premises of the company and put rubber stamps on them.

Please suggest.

Thank you.

Kindly email me your query for in detail to know the solution, there are some provisions in the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and rules made there under, by which you can seek relaxation for a specific period of time.
