our registered company purchase stamp paper of rs 2500/- , so how will show in accounts under gst , kindly reply

Stamp paper is Nil rated in GST law. So no GST impact. Charge the whole amount as exp or capitalise as the case may be.

its an expense and you can show it under indirect expense
