But i also have some ideas of joining training after clearing final. But that will make my dream to get too delayed. |

Well, you don't actually have any option. You've to quit your job and commence your CS internship. Otherwise, all your efforts to clear CS-EP, would be just a waste of time.
And please reduce the font size next time. We can read even if it's in normal font lol
Anyways good luck for your career

Agree with Shrikant..........You can save your Training Time by going now.......Becoz after completing Final, again you have to put one or two years.

In my view. First of all search for a Organization or PCS where you will undergo training and leave your job as soon as you get the MT.

I also faced this kind of situation way back in early 2004. When i was doing a Marketing Job but due to hectic schedule i was not able to concentrate on my ICWA exam.
I left the job and joined a firm of Cost Accountants. It was a very difficult decision to take since the company offered me 2.5 times of my salary and insisted not to leave. But finally i left that job and in hindsight i am very happy with the decision that i took. If i had not taken that decision my growth would have stagnated.
Final decision is ultimately yours and you need to stand by your decision and work hard to justify your decision.
All The Best....

Hi,
Congratulations! on passing CS executive program. As, you have 6 months of experience, I guess you are doing entry level job. So, It is better to start Management Training before completion of your final. But do not quit your job until you get training opportunity. Try to find MT in any companies, where you can get good stipend to manage your financial problems. When you complete your training, your focused study will help you to pass final too. All the Best.

Thankyou friends for your wonderful suggestions. I have decided to quit my present job, but before that i will look for a suitable place for my management training.
Is it better to do in a company or under practicing company secretary? my knowledge is we will get to learn more under pcs than in a company? what do you guys say about it.
thanks.

Hey,
I will suggest you to leave your job and take on the CS articled training. It may be a little hard for you but sometimes, some hard decisions taken now can give you a brighter tomorrow.
I am sure, after clearing Final, you will really like to take up an internship which will not even pay you enough, so take a stand now and go all out with your efforts in cracking the exams.
All the best.
