I have taken till now 80 days leave in my total articleship period of 3.5 years. Still how many days i can take leave as per institute regulations i m writting my final in nov 2010 ...please suggest me

DHRUVA U HAVE COMPLETED UR WHOLE ARTILCESHIP AND NOW U CANNOT TAKE MORE LEAVES EVEN IF IT IS POSSIBLE

1/6 of article ship training can be taken as leave

no i have to complete another 11 months of articleship , my articleship will get over in the month of july 2,2010.

60 more if there are 280(approx) working days in a year 1 leave after 6 days working total 140

U Can take a leave of 180 days in total if it is for aperiod of 3.5 years articleship so u can take 100 days leave

Well the calculation is 1/6 of the period served less any holidays taken
