If yIf you are taking a leaves as per rules then you are entitled to stipend.
But if you are taking leaves excess of your entitlement then you are not eligible for stipened.

During Articleship period leave provided for examination considered as
Paid Leave.
That period as per Institute norms they will pay.

There is no any clearity on the institute's website or in the apprenttice agreement. There is only provision that, the leave for examination may be granted. We can't say that this paid or without pay. Generaly this leave is allowed as "Without Pay"
