i am an employee retired last October 2021 and bank has given exemption of 3 lakhs on leave encashment and the remaining taxed.
but I have received received circular that leave encashment at the time of retirement is fully exempted.is it apolicable

For Non Government Employee - exemption is upto 3lakh
