Leave encashment
Hi All,
Mr A has Total leave balance at the time of left company 48.5 as per his F&F Settlement he got only 42 leave under encashment head & remaining leave balance paid under travel allowance.
i just want to confirm is there any rule regarding leave encashment, employer can only show 42 leave ?
kindly advice.

What do you mean by 'remaining leave balance paid under travel allowance'?
Yes. just because as per law company can only show leave encashment 42 leave.
