Kindly provide me some suggestion. In case of employee is in probation period and he has been grated Eearned as per the companies policies. He has resigned before the comletion of Probation period. Now he want us to reduce the notice period with the Earned leaves granted to him/her.

Now question is

Is it mandatory  as per the any law?

Any  legal hassel that he can create?
