leased property

accounting year 2009-10 self occupied property leased out for rs.250000 for 3 year occupation. there is no rent charged for 3 years. the lessee will leave house after returning rs.250000. now my question is the house which is lesased out is treated  self occupied or let out for house propety head in income tax act? i
