Thanks for the advice Miss Sathikonda. So let me explain my question.
I have taken a a shop on lease and have incurred certain expenses like stamp duty and brokerage for acquiring the leased shop. I want to know if I can claim the lease expenses in the the first year of lease itself or should claim them over the period of lease.
