First read or study company law very well secondly practice for drafting in ms word or excel with the help of books on drafting in cs final module drafting appearance and pleadings and improve writing skills try to gain little knowledge of security law, fema act etc that's it u are ready to work as cs U can take help from utube video or articles etc for mca filling
