Leadership cannot be taught is a hard reality but hardly understood .
Yet people go for great leadership trainings and burn their hard earned moneys.
yes you can deduct that expense under income tax rules!
Even great management schools privately admit.
But half baked management schools assert they can teach.
so private universities are mushrooming in india; and such schools want government support, so minister like Tope propose that kind of schools or universities will attract students from other states.
Yes they will just suck huge fees as coaching fees in maharashtra.
So one can clearly understand Leadership is just a trait.
And it cannot be brought under any curiculam or syllabus which syllabus will falter in spelling Leadership.
And more confuse students.
so Einstein was intelligent enough to tell the world correctly as he was very highly ethical and moral person please. Today ethics and morality died a natural death even in allprofessions.
so you correctly remembered him! tks.Good

What you have stated is 100% correct, people want to earn (learn) leadership qualities thru money power. Leadership cannot be taught or bought it has to come and very few are lucky where leadership knocks!
