A student after passing the Professional Programme may enrol as ‘Licentiate ICSI’ at his/her option until completion of training requirements. |
A person who has passed the Final examination of the Institute and has completed the prescribed practical training requirements or exempted there from shall be entitled to get himself enrolled as an Associate Member. |
A licentiate shall not ordinarily be allowed to renew his enrolment for more than five years after passing the Final Examination. |
Membership is to be renewed on annual basis. Perpetual Membership and no time limit as in case of LCS. |
Shall not confer any rights of a member |
Entitled to exercise all the rights of a member as declared. |
Not entitled to claim any form of membership of the Institute. |
Associate member of the Institute and also to use the designation ‘Company Secretary’ after his name. |
May be permitted to borrow books from the library of the Institute or participate in the activities of the Institute. |
Not barred or restricted to any particular kind of activities. |
