Plz tell me that Lawyer providing "PATENTS & Trademark Attorneys Services" are liable to pay service tax or not..??

With effect from 01.07.2012, an individual lawyer or partnership firm of lawyers is not required to pay Service Tax since in both the cases, the service receipient is liable to pat Service Tax.
