5. PF Act.(check with reference to salary)
6. ESI Act(check with reference to salary)

shall apply  to your concern.

If you open branch oitside India then the FEMA shall also apply

for employees apointed in other states without opening a branch

for professional tax and for other acts is there should be separate registration like tan etc
