Laws and acts applicable on private limited company

Dear Members,

XYZ India private limited company has its registered office in hyderabad
Which is involved in travel business like yatra.com and also write its own software for his online service products for travel business and services

 

we have appointed sales person in other states of india and also planning to open branches overseas (in other countries)

Currently number of emploees are approximately 30 who sometimes work onsite and offsite.

 

My query is what all laws and acts are applicable to this company?

I request to provide guidance on this.
