gst rates for services are not issued yet by the government but likely rate are 18% as most services are expected to fall in this category....however if you are lawyer or a firm of advocates than reverse charge is applicable....plus still exemption list has not came out and it is expected that some services of lawyers might be exempted like in the previous service tax law (finance act).
