Is an offer made in haste or under great emotional exitement a valid offer?
please give your answer in detail as this question had came in 5 marks in Ipcc law paper..

An offer to be valid should have two properties-
1)The offer should be made i.e, it should be communicated.
2)It should be accompanied with and intention to receive the acceptance from the acceptor.....
Naturally, an offer made in haste or in excitement does'nt include such kind of intention..
Hence it could not be treated as a valid offer.
