hi... so how u find the law ppr??

nice ppr .. bt with sum techincl points//... wasnt fully clear abt sum question... epf .. it wasnt clear wthr it chnge of employment or chnge of ownership... except few... rest was easy

u wont believe.. in negotiable que.. i wrote properly tht material alteratiuons , drawer wnt be responsible.. bt wrote.. since its nt material,,, he is wrong.. hahahah...

opening of a crossed cheque is only a material alteration.... crossing a bearer cheque is not a material alteration and no parties are discharged.. thts wot is given in jayaramans book!
