I had written PCC May 2010 exam.I cleared 2 nd group.I had prepared a lot for 1 Gr and attended Nov 2010 exam.I had written 1 st two papers well.I xpect 45+ marks.I ve written Law paper badly due to poor preparation/revision.I couldnt identify which sections the cases relate to,i completely forgot ethics & communication,i xpect i wud fail miserably,i dont want to waste my time waiting for results & start preparation today onwards,i had referred to L Jayaraman' s notes/book (one who takes coaching in chennai, hyderabad) ,it does not contain case laws/examples.it contains only bare provisions,i think i selected the wrong book for preparation which ll lead to my failure,i want advise to prepare well for Law,Ehics & Communication,Shud i refer to another book,i am also afraid that if i study something new,i wont b able to study it fast, keeping in mind the above pts pls advise

see at PCC level just go through the provisions and not the sections...............while attempting ques in exam don't think that to which section it relates.........just take it as a small problem to which u have to give judgement

no need to change books each nd every time when u no go to make it in exams...........stick to wat u have been suggested by ur seniors/tutors.........

siddarth don't worry..jayaraman sir material so nice one..if u wanted to learn law with examples refer      MP VIJAY KUMAR sir book or u can go to munish bhandari  too..dn't get tensed all the best..

Munish Bhandari is good.

Munish Bhandari's book is good.

Do what ever book you want but make sure you do the compilation of the institute for previous 20 attempts which is available at the sale counters at Vishwas nagar in delhi or in whichever city you are u can enquire there... If possible do Munish Bhandari Sir's Book... It is the best or u can go for G.K.Kapoor... Dont concentrate on learning sections in isolation.. Read the provision and the section along with it.. Speak it up while u read the provisions every time it is being used in the text... Dont Skip it.... U will automatically remember it at the end...

First make urself comfortable in the provisions by reading them again and again... then when u have started understanding what the concept is (after 2-3 readings) then u will automatically remember the sections... First reading 120-150hrs 2nd reading 60-80Hrs then 3rd 30-40hrs for the whole course of law in PCC is the standard,,, Law will be on ur tips... ALL THE BEST....

be cool....start your preparation wit a fresh mind...comin to law,i actually prepared from our icai material..if you feel difficult wit our icai material you refer  Munish Bhandari.but for ethics and communication ter is no substitute to our icai material. .For ethics read every word from our icai mat..communication concentrate on legal deeds and business communication chapter..even refer compilation for drafting, its very useful.

For revising law go through all the practical ques from PE 2 compilation and ignore theory ques..

Ethics and communication are the main scoring area when you have studied the full Icai material text.

For law, ethics and communication that will do.....

Also start preparing the other 2 subjects with full focus.....

Dont waste time. Every minute is precious. . Learn from your mistakes

I  expect u  to get above 90 in all 3 papers ..All the best :)

Haven't You Attended Jayraman Sir's Classess That You're Talking That The Book Doesn't Contain Case Laws.. if u wanted You could have easily referred a B.com Law Book for Case Laws.. but the provisions are best described only and only in Jay Raman Sir's Book and his Classes..

Mr.L.Jayaraman's Book is the best book and it had covered all the necessary topics which had come for nov exam....atleast 80% came and the rest were bit general topics but i think you can't just directly blame on that. Try to study the material in practical approach you'll easily clear law.....

Munish Bhandari's book is good.

Munish Bhandari is also very good..........Specially refer past exams question....... so that you will familier with Question and answer pattern................

U can also go for ND Kapoor.

The book has lot of case studies for practice

reliance publication's book for

law is also very good

for learning cases study

i have  superb notes for u......... use indore based Manoj Prajapat sir notes .........i hv got 58 marks in pcc in first attempt...........i only use those notes....

munish bhandari's book is the best book  for you
