hello can anyone guide how is paduka for law (ca final )?? some people are saying munish bhandari sir ke book is not sufficient regarding changes applicable from nov attempt not even the latest book. can any one guide plll. plus pl tell whether comparitive provisions regarding companies act 1956 and companies act 2013 also applicable or do we just need to study the relevant new sections applicable for nov exams??

Dear FCA girl,
Take Munish Bhandari's main book (Not the handbook), its always complete and very comprehensive. You will get indepth knowledge. I agree its heavy but the syllabus is heavy too.
As far as paduka is concerned it gives lot of other info which is not asked in exams. As first we need to prepare for the exams we need to read exam oriented material only.
so my suggestion for you is to purchase Munish Bhandari main book + ICAI practice manual. Thats it, its sufficient. use Practice manual for revision since munish bhandari can not be used for revision on day befor exam.
Further, we do not need to study comparative study of both acts 1956 and 2013. ICAI has given the same for understanding the changes and they will not be asking question like comparison between two acts. Just do the sections from 2013 act which were replaced and for all other sections do the 1956 act.
