law new course syllabus.......

the new syllabus include banking regulation act,SARFAESI act,PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING Act,insurance act and irda act.paduka has released a supplementary book on new syllabus..new book of munish bhandari s not n stores now...

u r welcome..i hav the supplementary book of final law  - new course...i wil let u know the marks alloted for new syllabus topics in june09..but i dont know the exact weightage of marks for new topics.

12 marks were alloted for new topics in nov2008 and june 2009 attempts

Hello friend,

New course contain the two segments. One is corporate law (Sec 199 to Sec 658). While second segment contain allied laws. Corporate law has 70 marks weightage while allied law has 30 marks weightage. As per changed scheme all questions in exam will be compulsory and most of the questions will be practical based.

None of the book, neither paduka or munish are covering every minute aspet. Say for Example. Try to Find out theory and application of Sec 416 of Companies Act. Munish book is bulky and alternative for compilation. It contain only practical questions asked in past years by CA AND CS insitute. Refer the text book of ICAI in addition of Bare Act.

hey thanks everybody so it covers basically 30 marks..

30 marks -  sebi + scra +competition act + fema + NEW syllabus topics

70 marks - company law

Mr Gopinath and other student,

Refer the past several papers. CA institute is focusing more on practical questions. last two attempt allocaotaion were 90 and 95 marks for practical questions.

yeah..but the weightage is still 70+30...i checked the supplemetary book on law new course syllabus...and came to know bout the 70 + 30 coverage pattern in june09 and nov2008 attempts...i dunno bout the nov 2009 pattern...thank you..
