Dividend...accounts of a company and auditor wala chapters dono law aur audit me hai.. Toh ek hi jagah krna sahi hai ya kuch adnl matter bhi hai

The mentioned chapters are same in both the subjects and there is no additional matter.
thanks ankit for the reply...but i found that audit of dividend in an adnl topic in audit..
While studying chapter on Dividend you must correlate the provisions under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Guidance Note issued by Institute, so that you can cover Audit , Tax and Company law too..!!!
