Handbook is not sufficient. If possible refer Jayaraman Sir notes and handbook.

Go with hand book. Seriously as its too the point.
No unnecessary repetition of questions. And as its in question answer format its bit tough to connect ... you know it feels like paduka ... which is terrible in my opinion.
so you can surely go with hand book.

plz stop being specific about the important SA and so on ... as institute is going out of the line every time ...You never know what it can do at which moment. so better b safe and avoid selective study atleast in beginning.
