plz tell me dat is dere any proposition2 change law of ca final for attempt nov11

Sandy - I haven't found any topic named 'revival & rehabilitation' although someone else who have read law thoroughly can tell if he/she finds it.  Regarding leaving of topic, its not good in ca exams that too when all questions are compulsory. Moreover as you are going to appear in nov 10 or any other subsequent attempt, you can give aleast one-two readings to it.  However  if still a situation arises where you have to leave some topic, then yes Producer Company can be a good choice to leave as normally max. 5-8 marks quest. is asked from this chapter (although remember that in may 10 there was no question from this chapter hence you can expect it in nov 10...)

Aastha - New Companies Bill 2009 is pending for approval, if it gets approved soon and becomes an act, then yes, you will have to face a new company law in Nov 11

Dont leave Producer co. chapter.....it is vry important chap, covers 7 to 10 marks in exam...

i too have left revival and rehabiliation but have done producer company

Even I had left Revival & Rehabiltation !!!!!! But had done Producer Company . But it has become wuite risky to leave any topics as all questions are compulsory
