Some amendments have taken place in the recent past which are relevant for CA (Final) Nov. 2010 Exams. These amendments relate to:
1. The Prevention of Money Laundering (Amendment) Act, 2009.
2. The Competition (Amendment) Act, 2009.
3. SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and 2010.
At the very outset, I should make it clear that all such amendments have already been incorporated in the latest editions of my books (11th edition of ‘Corporate and Allied Laws - Questions and Answers’, and 8th Edition of ‘A Handbook on Corporate and Allied Laws – Tabular Form’).
However, the students who have earlier editions of these books can refer to these amendments by downloading the file attached herewith.
