Study material along with suggested answers,RTP, and PE - II compilation is sufficient.
More than studying everything,learning to anwer a question is the key point.

Study company law from Jayaram sirs book..its very small and covers the most of it.. rest u can do from study material..It helped me to manage time too..All other books are good but are vast. I guess jayaram sirs book is enough for exam purpose
