law doubt?? can we write this in case study?

i know how to write a case study ..first write the provision , then what is given in the case and third what is the conclusion..

but i havent learn any sections...so can we write in the first paragraph as this?

As per the provsion of comanies act 1956 ...................................

??? or we use this language only when we write sec no also?

and second doubt??

does provsion n section mean the same?

like as per the sec 1 and ad per the provsion 1 ?

does it mean the same?can they deduct marks if i write so?
