Hi! Could somebody please clarify if the entire chapter of winding up (company law) is there for the may 2014 attempt or only the select provisions as was the case in the earlier attempts?

Only General Provisions Relating To Winding Up ( Section 528 to Section 560) is applicable for Winding Up chapter in Company Law.
