Munish Bhandari is d best... The chapters 'Directors', 'Board Meetings' n 'Inter Corporate Loans' shd b done frm Main Munish Bhandhari book... All other chapters may b done frm Munish Bhandari Handbook incase of scarcity of time... All d best... CHeers....
