hey lavanya chill first tell me are you in final or ipcc? if in final the course does take yoll so be patient. buy munish sir detail notes if not satiesfied with short notes or refer study mat

don't go too many sources for ur preparation, just follow munish bhandari and nothing else, its more than enough and revise in regular interval..

Im final student.

Munish Bhandari has lot of mistakes in it.Atleast this is what I found,when studying with Bare Act.Im not following too many books,just Munish Bhandari detailed notes and Bare act but while referring sections,I find that there is lot of disparity.So much to read and remember.

No one answered my 2 queries properly till now.

hi... i refered munish book only. i got clear.

for final munish written two books.  one for easy reference and other one detail notes. as per my opinion his book is good. u r getting confuse by refering bare act. just forget bare act because in bare act langauge is tough.

ONe suggestion to u, while reading just make ur own short notes or flow chart type notes. for revision it will helps u lot.

especialy in corp. law paper almost 90% questions from past year question papers only. so refer last 10 attempts question papers. u will surely get above 60marks.

I did find the same problem, but i was not referring munish bhandari book, but some other tut notes. Even when i compared the same with bare act, there were lot of mistakes. Forget about clearing exams, here are the positives for u. 

By referring bare act, u are able to interpret the sections and also find mistakes in reference book. By this ur understanding in law will be too good. Please continue to follow the same approach. 

Regarding book, please call up taxmann publication and ask for VS DAtey's book, IPCC, it is very good. U need to understand law to remember for a long time, for that bare act with a reference book is necessary. 

ma final attempt is in nov 11.. so shud i buy mumnish bhandhari's book or aftr a few months so i get a buk wid latest amendments.. r dere goin 2 b 2many amendments in co law in nxt yr??? also suggest me a buk 4 auditing othr dan padhuka as i m nt comfortable with it...
