Really nice understanding
"unlawful" covers the more area as that of "illegal". "illegal" is meant for violation of any law made by legislatures, for instance, violation of traffic rules.But on other side, "unlawful" stands for disobedience to moral and social set of rules along with violatin of laws. for exp: in football touching the ball with hand is unlawful but not illegal
