Whether the provisions of clause (g) of sub-section(1) of Section 274 of the Companies Act 1956 is applicable to a Government Company? If the answer is negative is there any notification of the Company Affairs Dept available on the
subject?

No. 274(1)(g) is not applicable to govt. Companies. Notification no.GSR 829(E) DATED 21.10.03 .
