No, like Share Holders General Meetings Proxies are not allowed at Board meetings and directors are not allowed to appoint their representatives to attend the Board meetings and cast vote on their behalf.

A DIRECTOR CAN VOTE ONLY IF HE IS PRESENT IN BM. HE CAN NOT APPOINT PROXY.
