Pata nahi abhi tak koi attempt nahi diya....but i guess na likhne par nahi katenge...but if we write it wrong then for sure....marks will be deducted...!!

No marks will be deducted for non-quoting of sections. ICAI has mentioned this in recent RTP. For quoting wrong sections, obviously they will cut the marks.

If you are not sure about the section simply mention (example)----As per relevant provisions of the companies act, 1956,.....................
