executed contract is one which was executed in past..........so past contract

executory contract is a contract in one which will be executed in future...........future contract

Executed wil be,,, wher al the parties to a contact have performed their obligations under the contract............ Executory wil be,,,wher al r some of the parties to a contract are still to perform their respective obligations in the contract...thats all
