My dear friend,
If you are a CA student so why you are thinking about the length about the course. But if you refer Mr. Bhandari Law Book so for the limited no. of drafts you have to refer also Study Material of the ICAI.
Question cannot be asked beyond ICAI, IPCC study material

No. you don't need to write the whole thing. It depends on you what to write and what not but you must remeber the keywords or phrases like "Sworn on ...". You mainly need to concentrate on the format. And its better to do all. However, I think you may leave those long ones like Annual Report.

concentrate primarily on lease agreements, partnership agreement, power of attorney and board meeting drafts
