Answer to your query : -

Most of the Latin words that have been included in the main body of this post, are widely used in various subjects, including Law - which, of course, uses the lion's share. Therefore, you will find these words salutary just in case your interest circumducts matters pertaining to study only. There lies its relevance.

The downloadable file is a sort of reference book and will be useful if you ever stumble onto an unknown Latin word.

If your interest is all-pervading ( Yes, you do run the risk of being a ' Jack of all trades ' !!! ) like the collator of this post, you'll find the download even more useful, both for reading and writing.
