Non-applicability of the Companies Act, 2013 for December 2013 and June,
2014 Examinations
It is informed to all students of Company Secretaryship course that the
Companies Act, 2013 shall not be applicable to December, 2013 and June,
2014 Examinations of the Foundation, Executive and Professional
Programmes.
This means that December 2013 and June 2014 examination
will carry questions, wherever applicable, from the Companies Act, 1956 and
not from the Companies Act, 2013.
