i want to know what is recent cst rate of declared and undeclared goods for registered , unregistered dealer and for govt. applicable for PE-II nov. exam.

2 % for registered dealer, and un registered dealer cst rate as vat rate applicable on that items . if vat rate 1% then CST for un registered dealer 1% if vat rate 20% then 20 % CST to be charged on that items. If vat rate Nil CST will be NIL.
