since last six months notifications, circular, etc. are not applicable for Direct Tax & Indirect Tax Exam, My Question is
IF IT IS THE SAME FOR CASE LAWS...??
MEANS IF IN FINAL EXAMS ONLY CASE LAWS OF MORE THAN SIX MONTHS WILL BE ASKED OR THERE IS NO RESTRICTION ON THE SAME ??

CA final legal updates for may 2011 examination in form of case laws and circulars. CA final study notes / tutorial notes / text book with recent / latest case laws / case studies.
